Yasmin Hemmings

Yasmin is Head of Programmes at Creative Access, a social enterprise working to open up career access and help people from historically underrepresented backgrounds thrive in the creative industries. At Creative Access she oversees a range of programmes designed to maximise people's skills and support career progression within the creative industries, including development programmes for entry and mid-level talent, mentoring schemes, bursaries, university partnerships and more. She has previously worked at organisations including the Barbican Centre, Philharmonia Orchestra and English National Opera, and is an Advisory Board Member for the volunteer-run organisation Young People in the Arts.
