Vicki DeBlasi

Vicki is the founder and owner of Innovate Comms, a marketing services organisation which specialises in making marketing & PR work harder for the innovation sector. A passionate mental health advocate, Vicki shares her own experiences with mental illness to try and destigmatise mental health conditions, especially in the workplace. In October 2022 she launched - alongside partners Harvard and CC Group - State of Us, a mental health network for the marketing, PR and comms industry.
