Emma Ross

Emma co-founded Missive in 2014 having previously held the role of O2's Head of PR & Social Media. She is passionate about breaking down the prescribed way of running an agency business, and leading with compassion and empathy. Emma has led Missive to win multiple awards for its culture, but concedes that efforts to maintain a best place to work never end. Like everyone at Missive, she enjoys a hybrid working pattern, switching between its London Bridge HQ and her home in rural Cornwall.
