Ella is a Co-Founder and CEO of Full Fat, one of the UK's leading creative communications agencies and current UK Champion of Diversity & Inclusion. Ella is passionate about people, culture and community with a specialism in creative communications. Full Fat helps brands create and amplify experiences that connect people to drive a conversation, community or change, speaking to audiences authentically through emotional connections. As a co-founder, she ensures that Diversity and Inclusion is at the forefront of the business, helping the agency to win the Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award at the PR Week and PR Moments awards in 2022 and 2023. Ella spearheads the company's employee and culture programme, leads on the People side of the business and helped the agency to achieve Great Place to Work recognition and is leading on the agency's quest for B Corp certification.
