Brad Taylor

Brad is Director of Consulting with AWA (Advanced Workplace Associates) and a professionally qualified senior HR practitioner with over 30 years' experience in the private sector (banking) and professional association sectors. He focuses on people strategy, organisational culture, change programmes, employee engagement and workplace transformation.  Brad has facilitated team development workshops and coached leaders in attaining higher levels of personal resilience, self-differentiation and leadership effectiveness. He is passionate about helping people and organisations to achieve transformational growth. Prior to AWA, Brad held the title of Director of People, OD & Workplace for the CIPD where he initiated the workplace transformation programme, resulting in the CIPD's migration to hybrid working and head office re-purposing.  Before that, he was the Director of HR & Workplace Experience for CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), where he led the organisational restructure, creation of its global regional hubs and the cultural integration of the joint venture with the US-based AICPA.  Brad also held HR and non-HR roles with Barclays Plc in its retail banking and high-net-worth banking divisions, spanning a range of areas, including employee relations, volume recruitment, international banking HR, business partnering and learning & development. Brad holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
