Bibi leads communications for Creative Access, a not for profit working to improve diversity and inclusion in the creative industries through progressive recruitment, training and mentoring. Bibi was previously MD of Golin and President of Women in PR and given the 2020 PRCA Industry Trailblazer award for her DE&I work.
